I didn't think the wording that I wanted would fit on one of the items that I was purchasing, I went to the shop and the owner was very helpful and I came away very happy. They were extremely flexible when I had to make last minute changes and were always contactable via email and the telephone. I felt like I was the only customer they had to deal with as I had their full attention and they catered to all my needs.
